Go to https://etsy.com/your/purchases if you have an Etsy account. Ensure you are logged into your account on your web browser (on your computer, iPad, phone) as Etsy doesn’t allow you to download anything from the mobile or iPad app.

However, if you don't have an Etsy account, it will be sent to your email.

As mentioned in the previous section, go to https://etsy.com/your/purchases on the web browser. The app doesn’t let you download anything!

Due to the digital nature of all my products, I have a strict no refund policy. It is outlined in each product page, so thank you for understanding!

The only exception is if you accidentally bought the same item twice. Then I will be a happy to refund you for one item!

The cost of a custom order is the price of the item + my labor time. Depending on what you want, this will vary.

Everything in my shop is a digital download, meaning nothing will be shipped. Please refer to question 1 for how to download your files!
